As a young & motivated businessman (30 years old), I have developed the desire to take over an existing company and successfully continue its operations.

Why me?

With a broad commercial education (M.Sc. Management / Economics), I possess the necessary entrepreneurial foundations. Throughout my career in various industries (corporations and medium-sized enterprises in the automotive, optics, and battery sectors), I have been able to successfully apply and expand upon these foundations. Since I have worked in different jobs parallel to my studies, I am familiar with a company's processes not only from an office perspective but also from production and logistics perspectives. Additionally, I am very interested in learning new things and engaging with new topics.

What job experience do I bring?

I have experience in optimizing internal processes to increase efficiency, serve customers better, and simplify the lives of employees. Additionally, my strengths include the strategic expansion of sales markets through targeted sales and marketing activities. Transparent and effective communication (both internally and externally) as well as empathy towards employees are very important to me in order to understand and develop them in the best possible way.

Why a takeover?

I firmly believe that the wheel does not always have to be reinvented. Often, there are already very good foundations that can be built upon with one's own ideas to secure the long-term success of a company. Ideally, the takeover would include a multi-month transition phase to ensure knowledge transfer.
