Company History / Background

I offer procurement of production machines. I am looking for a metalworking company in the area of production/manufacturing, also contract manufacturers, ideally in machining technology and metal construction as well as mechanical engineering/toolmaking for purchase. Ideally, the sought-after company has its own product. Companies with an international orientation are welcome. A young, expandable SME that needs more machines and collaborators. I would like to invest in a smaller, vital, ongoing company and actively participate. No restructuring cases!

Company Activities

My business investment is purposefully positioned as part of a qualified start-up. In recent years, I have been successfully active as a sales manager:

1. for contract manufacturers in the ADRIA region with a main focus on welded assemblies and machining technology.
2. Sale of metalworking machines in the SEE region.

I am an entrepreneurial personality (46 years) with extensive management and professional experience, good knowledge of the metal-producing and processing industry with multi-level production processes. Strategic purchasing and negotiation with a focus on savings are my strengths.

Unique Selling Points

I offer a classic investment participation in a company investment (merger), accordingly calculated realistically based on the share of the business. Participation level: 10 to 50%. No real estate. Investment only as a capital increase in the company to enable operational aspects that promote growth (expansion of production and acquisition of production machines). Direct investment in the company without private payouts for the acquisition/transfer of the company share. Ideally with one or two machines to integrate into the company and thereby enter into a business participation. Equity is available and already secured.
