I am an entrepreneurial-minded, empathetic leader with a clear value compass, high resilience, and extensive experience in strategic transformation, systemic organizational development, and innovation-driven business area development. As a mother, entrepreneur, and experienced change facilitator, I understand what it means to take responsibility – in both small and large matters.

I am looking for a medium-sized company in value-oriented hands that seeks a secure transition to the next generation. I am particularly interested in businesses with tradition, potential for further development, and a focus on people, quality, and effectiveness. Ideally, the emphasis is in the areas of consulting, education, health, technology, or social innovation – but I am open to many industries if the attitude is right.

I am available on short notice and open to offers anywhere in Germany. Personally, I prefer the southern German region or areas with quality of life and creative freedom.
