Ideal Company Characteristics

• Active in the field of freight forwarding / transport / logistics / supply chain
• Annual revenue of approximately €8 million
• Approximately €2 to €6 million EBITDA (i.e., earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization)
• Air freight, sea freight, or courier/express already part of the service portfolio
• Or existing specialization in certain industries (e.g., a pharmaceutical logistics provider) or complex services (e.g., a customs agency)
• Or a company in the field of logistics software or equipment.
