Through my training as a tool mechanic and further education as an Industrial Master Metal (IHK) and Technical Business Administrator (IHK), I possess a solid technical and business management foundation. Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive experience in the areas of leadership, organization, process optimization, training, machine investments, as well as in the construction of a new production area. In this role, I have assumed both strategic and operational responsibilities. Additionally, I bring in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, from application to optimization of business processes.

At 40 years old, I aim to take over and sustainably continue an established company with 10 to 50 employees. My goal is to preserve existing structures and values, recognize potential, and systematically further develop it. With entrepreneurial commitment, strategic foresight, and a high sense of responsibility, I wish to set future-oriented impulses and sustainably lead the operation. I am looking for a manufacturing company, ideally in an industrial environment, where a smooth transition is possible. I assure discretion.
