Successor wanted for a modern rural pharmacy

I am looking for a successor for my modern, fully equipped rural pharmacy in the southern district of Hannover. The pharmacy has been established in the area for 40 years and moved in 2017 to newly constructed premises in a local supply center. It meets all current requirements and can be operated without any necessary investments upon takeover (no investment backlog).

Location and infrastructure

The air-conditioned pharmacy has sufficient parking spaces right outside the door and is easily accessible without barriers. The generously sized rooms allow for easy access with strollers or wheelchairs and ensure that discretion during customer conversations is maintained at all three sales points at all times.

Opening hours and staff

As a rural pharmacy primarily frequented by regular customers, it operates with classic opening hours (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, closed Wednesday and Saturday afternoons) supplemented by a well-coordinated delivery service. The well-coordinated staff consists of a pharmacist, five pharmacy technicians, and two couriers.
