Background

PURU was born out of frustration of not being able to find natural body and skincare products in Switzerland - so we started creating our own. PURU Suisse GmbH now has EU/ISO Certified European production facilities and has been successfully serving its community in Switzerland, Europe, and beyond since its formation in 2018. All ingredients, how they are derived, and their origin are published on our website: puru.ch.

How It Began

PURU Suisse was founded in 2018 out of frustration in finding natural products in Switzerland. Our founder, who grew up on a macrobiotic organic diet, moved to Zurich, Switzerland, where he struggled to find and buy 100% natural cosmetic products. He started making homemade natural products for himself by blending various base ingredients and oils. One experiment led to another, and everyone loved the homemade products. The mission then started to help others learn more about the benefits of natural products. Today we serve customers worldwide with an international team from certified EU/ISO European production facilities and distribution centers in Switzerland and the EU.
